3D LABS provides industrial additive manufacturing, 3D printing, prototyping, and design support services. Our services are intended for professional, educational, and personal use as described on our website or in written agreements with clients.
You are responsible for ensuring that any 3D model, file, or design you submit does not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or laws.
You must provide accurate information when placing orders or making inquiries.
You agree not to upload or request the printing of items that are:
- Illegal or restricted (e.g., weapons or weapon components)
- Offensive, discriminatory, or harmful
- In violation of export or local regulations
All content, designs, logos, and materials on this website are the property of TECHNOTRONIC FUTURISTICS unless otherwise stated.
Files and designs you submit remain your property, but by submitting them for manufacturing, you grant us the necessary license to use, modify, and reproduce them solely for fulfilling your order.
We strive to deliver prints that meet the specifications agreed upon; however, variations in material, texture, or color may occur due to process limitations.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all models, dimensions, and specifications before production.
3D LABS shall not be liable for losses arising from design errors, incorrect measurements, or improper use of the printed product.
All prices are quoted in LKR and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are confirmed only upon full or partial payment (as applicable).
Cancellations after production has begun are not eligible for refunds.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness or suitability of any printed part for a specific application.
TECHNOTRONIC FUTURISTICS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
We respect the confidentiality of client designs and project details. All submitted data and files will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and not shared with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
